Getting Started
How do I create an account?+
Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner, enter your email and create a password. Verify your email to complete registration.
Is ShopMall free to use?+
Yes! Shoppers can browse and purchase for free. Merchants pay a small commission (4-8%) on sales. Sharers earn commissions by sharing products.
How do I reset my password?+
Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page. Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.
For Shoppers
How do I make a purchase?+
Click on any product to view details, then click "Buy Now" which redirects you to the merchant's website to complete your purchase securely.
Can I save products for later?+
Yes! Click the heart icon on any product to save it to your collection. Access saved items from your profile.
What if I have an issue with my order?+
Contact the merchant directly for order-specific issues. Their contact information is available on their store page.
For Merchants
How do I become a merchant?+
Click "Become a Merchant", fill out the application with your business details, and verify your domain. Approval typically takes 1-2 business days.
What are the fees?+
Starter (Free): 8% commission. Growth ($49/mo): 6% commission. Pro ($149/mo): 4% commission. No listing fees.
How do I add products?+
Go to your merchant dashboard, click "Add Product", enter product details, images, and pricing. You can import products via CSV or Shopify integration.
For Sharers
How do I become a sharer?+
Enable Sharer mode in your settings, complete Stripe Connect onboarding for payouts, and start sharing products to earn commissions.
How much can I earn?+
Commissions range from 8-20% per sale, set by each merchant. You earn when someone purchases through your unique link.
When do I get paid?+
Commissions are held for 30 days (refund period), then available for payout via Stripe Connect to your bank account.
Account & Security
How do I enable two-factor authentication?+
Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Toggle the switch and confirm with your password. You'll receive a code via email on each login.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, never store payment information, and comply with GDPR and CCPA. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?+
Contact support to request account deletion. We'll process your request within 30 days and permanently delete all your data.
