How is commission calculated?
Commission is calculated on the sale amount (excluding tax and shipping). For example, on a $100 sale with the Starter plan (8%), you pay $8 in commission.
What is the Agent API and what does it cost?
ShopMall's public REST API and MCP server let AI agents search and browse your products. All merchant plans include catalog API access — sync your products via API key and they become discoverable to AI agents using the MCP server. There is no extra charge for agent traffic or API reads.
Do Sharers pay anything?
No. The Sharer program is completely free to join. Sharers earn a flat 10% commission on every sale through their links, with no subscription fee, no minimum payout, and no earnings cap. Paid monthly via Stripe.
